The Electronic Audio Experiments Longsword is yet another contender in the endless void of op-amp based drive pedals, but it is one that takes the topology in a novel direction. Cascaded gain stages allow for the full range from clean boost to massive distortion, all without sacrificing tonal flexibility. The equalizer combines bass and treble shelving filters with an active, frequency-selectable midrange boost/cut control. This lets the user sculpt a diverse array of tones and carve out a niche in even the most dense of mixes. The Longsword has a broad frequency response which makes it work equally well with guitar, baritone, and bass.Controls:
- Level: output volume.
- Drive: go from light grit to heavy overdrive.
- Low/High: James/Baxandall tone stack (shelving filters).
- Mid: active midrange boost/cut.
- Shift: selects frequency controlled by Mid pot.

Diode: selects between clipping diodes, to alter dynamics and headroom:
- Up: MOSFET clipping, medium compression.
- Center: no diodes, minimal compression.
- Down: Silicon diode clipping, maximum compression.
- Boost (Footswitch): engages a front end mid boost.
- Boost (Knob): engages a front end mid boost.

Bypass: Relay switching with true bypass
- Input impedance @ 1 Khz: 500kΩ
- Output impedance @ 1 Khz: 1kΩ
- Power: 9V DC, 2.1 mm center negative barrel. The current draw is 75 mA. We recommend a regulated, isolated power supply rated for 100 mA minimum. This pedal does not accept batteries.

Pass on this one.
It's hard plastic, which doesn't make for a fun experience for either the dog, or our floors. It doesn't stay charged for long either. I wasn't impressed at all...and neither was the dog.

Fun and durable toy
Lots of fun for this crazy guy! He pounces on it, chases it and has so much fun. The confusion on his face is so funny. He usually gets bored fast, however this ball keeps him quite entertained.
The ball holds a charge for a few playtimes so that is also a plus!

Awesome for hyper dogs
Color: Blue
AWESOME - I have a dog that just won't stop trying to get me to play with him ALL day! I turn this thing on and he goes nuts and tires himself out...without any help from me. The cover got torn off and torn up in minutes but he doesn't care. He just wants this ball. My other dogs, who are older, aren't really interested. But if you have a hyper dog this is the thing for you and them!
